10. Course Offerings and Payment
The course offers four bundles. Business Pro and Max offer a payment plan for total amount of course to be split in two equal payments. Failure to pay final payment will result in course termination. If course is terminated for nonpayment, the entire course must be paid in full to gain access.

Business Pro & Max 180 days
12. Mentorship and Coaching
Three months of mentorship and coaching is included in Business Pro & Max bundles Starter students have the option of purchasing mentor and coaching sessions a-la-cart. Students receive two 30-minute scheduled sessions per month for three months. Canceled mentorship/coaching sessions will result in forfeiture of sessions and no refund will be given. If additional coaching is desired, optional packages are available for purchase.
13. Webinars
Webinars are topic focused and hosted monthly to give updates on the industry, provide effective business strategies, networking opportunities and resources for best practices. Webinars are live and Business Pro & Max students are offered 6 webinar sessions (one session per month for six months). Additional webinars are available with subscription for Business Basic & Starter students. Webinars cannot be made up, nor do they roll over. A recorded webinar will be sent if the student was not in attendance.
14. Refunds
Loaded Logistics Dispatch Training Academy does not offer refunds for any student, for any reason, at any time. If you are dissatified with the course, please reach out to [email protected].
